Our parish provides religious education
classes to children in Kindergarten through
12th grade. Classes begin in
mid-September and run through the first
weekend in May (the calendar may be
downloaded below).
Students from other parishes are also
welcome with their proper pastor’s
permission.
The Catholic Church believes that Parents
are the primary religious educators of their
children. We, in turn, seek to support and
reinforce what the children are learning at
home by teaching authentically the beliefs
of the Church as handed on to us in both
Sacred Scripture and Sacred Tradition.
Beyond the classroom, we also utilize
creative opportunities to help our young
people experience and celebrate our Catholic
Faith through the Liturgy and the
Sacraments, as well as other special events
and activities.
Registration information will be mailed to
all students who were registered and
attended classes during the 2009-10 school
year. Please verify your family’s
information and return the form with your
registration payment.
If you have any financial difficulty at all, PLEASE contact the Pastor
so that other arrangements can be made!
New students
may register by downloading the registration
form below and returning it to the parish
office with payment by mail or via the
collection. Please mark the envelope “Religious
Education.”
Our religious education programs would not
be possible without our many, dedicated
volunteers, and new faces are always
welcome! If you are interested in
volunteering as a teacher or aide, please
call the parish office at 322-5935. All
adult volunteers must be 18 years of age
(High
school students in grades 10-12 interested
in teaching/assisting with the children must
be accompanied by an adult supervisor)
and must participate in a
Protecting God’s Children workshop
and submit appropriate background checks.
